Open APIs
UPay Open APIs are essentially Transaction APIs that can be integrated with 3rd party POS terminals. This allows merchants to start accepting UPay payments straight away, immediately enabling smooth checkouts.

The UPay app is easy to use and our list of FAQs should answer most of your app-related questions. Should any queries persist, please contact us directly and we will be more than happy to guide you.
It's easy, simply install the app from the app store (iphone) or play store (android), open the app on your phone and fill in your personal information
Customer account number is your merchant payment reference number. If you are paying your mobile bill, the customer account number will be your mobile number. If you are paying your CEB or water bill you will have a reference number on your previous invoice or receipt.
Nothing to fear, just contact customer support and one of our representatives will block your account for you.
